Station Place

Fugro EarthData worked with The Louis Dreyfus Property Group to develop a presales interactive marketing center for Station Place, Washington's largest private office development. The development is over 1.5 million sq ft and sits on a 5.5-acre site with direct access to historic Union Station. Fugro EarthData created custom 2D and 3D mapping for Washington DC representing all nearby amenities, transportation, and neighborhood views. Eight interactive flat panel screens present a narrative framework featuring the selling points of the new development. On-screen, fully immersive environments allow prospective marketing-center tenants to select building materials, browse through neighborhood footage, see where restaurants and businesses are located, and otherwise tour the center. Fugro EarthData, along with a team of graphic designers and visualization specialists, received numerous national and international awards for this project.
