USGS

Since 2001, Fugro EarthData has served the USGS under an indefinite delivery contract for photogrammetric mapping and sciences services. The contract encompasses a broad range of USGS mapping products, including digital orthophoto quad maps (DOQs), digital elevation models (DEMs), raster graphic revision maps (RGRs), and national hydrography databases. Specific achievements under this contract include Fugro EarthData's DOQ mapping projects for Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, and Texas. Most recently, in support of the USGS mandate to map the nation's most vulnerable cities for homeland security, Fugro EarthData accomplished aerial photography and lidar missions over Washington DC, New York City, and Pittsburgh.
