EMERGENCY RESPONSE

John Chance Land Surveys, Inc. is open 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. We are able to immediately mobilize crews for incident-related and emergency operations. We have on-site electronic technicians to repair automated electronic and sounding equipment. By mobilizing our survey vessels and crews, we are able to respond to any emergency in the Gulf Coast region.

SURVEY SERVICES

John Chance Land Surveys, Inc is experienced in setting horizontal and vertical control points in accordance with National Geodetic Survey (NGS) accuracy standards and specifications for first order horizontal and second-order vertical geodetic control networks. We established permanent control through the NGS Bluebook process and are familiar with the procedures and processes necessary to meet the stringent guidelines for published NGS control. Beyond this, we have established thousands of control points for photo control projects and for primary project control throughout the country utilizing static GPS, RTK methodologies, as well as conventional and reflectorless total station and leveling technology utilizing the best available sciences.
